I've created this portrait brooch to tell the story of the Suffragette movement.
The Suffragettes fiercely fought for what they believed in. They put their freedom and often their lives on the line to gain the vote for women.
On the reverse of the brooch, the famous motto "Deeds not Words" is engraved and hand painted in purple to match the suffragette colours.
Celebrate these amazing everyday women by wearing one as a brooch.
