Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to retain proof of purchase. Please note items bought via a stockist must be returned to the stockist rather than myself.
To request a return, you can contact me at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is any damage to your order, please get in touch via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, photographs of the product and packaging with description of the damage.
Once your return has been received and inspected, I will get in touch to let you know if your return has been accepted. If so, you will be refunded using your original payment method. Please note it may take several days for your bank to process the refund.
