Christopher Robin and Winnie the Pooh into the Sunset Brooch
This piece is inspired by the wonderful Winnie the Pooh books by A.A Milne, illustrated by E.H Shepard.
Based on an illustration at the end of 'The World of Pooh' book, the story ends with 'So they went off together. But wherever they go, and whatever happens to them on the way, in that enchanted place on top of the Forest a little boy and his Bear will always be playing.'
In the book the illustration is only a silhouette of Christopher Robin but I imagine them walking off to a beautiful sunset of blue, purple and pink.
Brooch measures approximately 65 x 52mm
